Then I scrolled down and found another article on the middle of the &#8220;<a href=\"\/?p=647\">doughnuts<\/a>&#8221; in the E&#8217;ixample neighborhood where we live (<a href=\"http:\/\/travel.nytimes.com\/2009\/11\/01\/travel\/01explorer.html\">Barcelona&#8217;s Hidden Courtyards<\/a>). Turns out many of them are being turned into parks or public spaces.
