La fiesta (“baby shower”) del domingo fue muy bonito y muy divertido! Mi madre, hermanas y sorbrinas organizaron todo, y vinieron muchas amigas, mi antigua jefa (y ahora amiga), e incluso mi amiga con los mellizos de 7 semanas. Transformaron nuestra casa con flores, globos, y regalos. Comemos mucho, hablamos de ser madre, y nos reimos con los juegos (organizados por mi sorbrina). Abr\u00ed much\u00edsimos regalos – ropa, libros, toallas, mantitas (ahora si que estamos preparados de ropa para los primeros meses…todo que nos regalaron fue de 0 a 6 meses). Un d\u00eda de mucha celebraci\u00f3n; ya me siento mas preparada para la llegada de este beb\u00e9. Muchas gracias a todas!<\/p>\n

The baby shower on Sunday was beautiful and really fun! My mom, sisters and nieces organized everything, and many friends came, including my old boss and now friend, and even my dear friend with her 7-week old twins. They transformed our house with flowers, balloons and gifts. We ate a ton of wonderful food, talked about being a mother, and laughed with the silly games (organized by my niece). I opened many gifts – clothes, books, towels, blankets. It was a day of celebration and I feel much more ready now for the arrival of this little one.
