No pictures from our househunting adventures, but some updates on how it’s going. We saw more houses today, including one we liked a lot that has a third of an acre and views of SF Bay. We saw lots of potential in it, but are a little bit intimidated because it would need a new kitchen before moving in. An exciting but potentially very expensive project.

We also went back to a house today that we saw last weekend, which we also like a lot (more views, of the San Carlos hills, and nice outdoor space). However it’s currently priced way too high, so we’re going to wait and see if they lower the price (it’s been on the market for one month). We’ve probably seen over 50 houses since we started looking 6 weeks ago! We’ve learned a lot and are seeing things we like, so we’re hopeful we’ll find our home before this baby comes (as I’m writing this, he’s kicking, maybe in agreement?).
